Associate Strategy Director, Racial Equity Impact Practice

Court is an Associate Strategy Director for the Racial Equity Impact Practice at Purpose. Court brings a global strategy lens to projects and frameworks that center racial equity objectives, and leads the execution of strategy with partners across sectors. 

Prior to joining Purpose, Court was an Independent Strategist, specializing in embedding and designing intersectional equity in systems. Court founded A Call For Equity, a Global South platform imaging affirming black futures. They’ve collaborated on projects and research around food security, transformative justice in queer communities, and global Black identity while living and traveling the African continent. They have an extensive food justice & youth community engagement background. 

Court is an avid home-cook with a culinary background and a fervent interest in the creolization of food across the diaspora.
